Boulware Family - Philip Parr - 1850 census

This is an 1850 census for Phillip Parr Boulware family, who is related to the Tripletts.

This is a rural community, as all but 2 families have occupations of "Farmer".

The census is for Morgan county Illinois. It was enumerated on the 1st day of Nov 1850, by W.M. Warren, Ass't Marshal.

Phillip and his wife Nancy are listed on line 41 and 42.

Philip is a 57 year old male farmer, who owns 3000 acres. He was born in Virginia.

Nancy [Boulware] is a 47 year old female, who was born in Kentucky.

The first entry is Phillip Boulware, a 26 year old male student who was born in Missouri. He has attended school within the last year.

Line 2 lists John Boulware. He is 16 year old male student who was born in Illinois. He has attended school within the last year.

Line 3 lists George Boulware. He is a 13 year old male student who was born in Illinois. He has attended school within the last year.

Line 4 lists Celestina Boulware. She is a 10 year old female student who was born in Illinois. She has attended school within the last year.

Line 5 lists Mary Wollens, a female 26 years. 

Line 6 lists Emily Wollens a female who is 15 years old.

I do not know if these ladies are related to us through Nancy or not.

Line 7 lists William Carpenter who was born in Illinois. He is an 18 year old male who is employed as a laborer.

Line 8 lists Barret [spelling] Bradshaw. He was born in Illinois. He is 19 years old and is a laborer.
