Teuber Family - Adolph Teuber - page 2

I found this article in the summer of 2012 during our Family History Tour. This is from the Huron Public Library. While I was at the Library finding my Grandma's family history, Brian was out roaming the countryside geochaching. This article reads:

"A warrant was issued for the arrest of John Reese for assault on Adolph Teuber. The complaining witness shows a discolored option in evidence that an assault was committed. The row took place is the Glad Hand saloon, and Teuber was knocked down and bruised in the mix-up."

This was published on page 5 of the Huron Dakota Huronite, January 15, 1903.

This afternoon at 2 o'clock the funeral services of Adolph Teuber, whose death occurred Monday evening, were held from the home on Iowa street, interment being made in Riverside. Rev. F. E. Hudson conducted the services and a large circle of relatives and friends were present.
The death of Mr. Teuber resulted from tuberculosis and other complications, from which he has been seriously ill for the last month or more. Mr. Teuber was among the oldest residents of Huron. having lived here for the last twenty years or more as a farmer, and engaged in various occupations. He was born on September 25, 1856, at Ludwigsdorf, Germany.
A large number of relatives, many of whom reside in Huron, survive the decedent, among them being a wife, a son, Harry, a daughter, Ethel, and a mother [!]. Besides these there are three brothers, Henry of Huron, Albert of Pierre, and Bernard living on a claim. A sister also, Mrs. Robert Timm who lives south of Huron, survives him.
