Washington, Nov. 28 - The following pensions have been granted:

Iowa: Original-Frederick Gensirt, Waterloo, $6; Michael G. Resley, Nichols, $12. Additional-Peter Hawks, Bristol, $8; Hugh W. Walkinshaw, College Springs, $12. The rest of the entries on this clipping are for increases in pension, so I chose not to transcribe the entire text.

  Washington. Sept 7,-William A Evans has been appointed mail carrier at Grinnell.
  The following Iowans have been granted pensions. Reuben P. Conrey, 15; Michael Scutthis, $20; Edwin E. Brevily, $20; Hugh W. Walkinshaw, $15.
