Walkinshaw Family - Robert Walkinshaw - Obituary

I found this obituary for Robert Walkinshaw on 31 December 2020 in ChroniclingAmerica.loc.gov.  

This obituary reads as:

OBITUARY.

   WALKINSHAW

Robert Walkinshaw, a veteran of Company D. Fifty-third Illinois Infantry, died at the Soldiers' Home Wednesday afternoon of Lalymgides. Mr. Walkinshaw enlisted Sept. 10, 1861, at Fulton, and was discharged July 6, 1865, at Pulaski Tenn. He was admitted to the home from Clinton county in 1892. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. S. C. Schill, of Clarion. The body was taken to Clinton this afternoon for Interment.
[I looked up Lalymgides and came up with no medical definition. Perhaps it means Laryngitis?]

 A Number of Marshalltown Residents Receive Allowances.

The following allowances of persons are announced by Robert Denbow of Albion:

   Edward Padelford, Company K, Eighteenth Iowa infantry, additional commencing at the rate of $6 per month, Nov. 9 1893, and $12 per month, commencing April 6, 1899.

   Robert Walkinshaw, Company D. Fifty-second Illinois, increase at the rate of $12 per month, commencing Nov. 7, 1900.

   Albert Gillaspie, Company A, Thirtieth Iowa infantry, additional pension at the rate of $6 per month, commencing June 14, 1899, and $8 from Jan. 2, 1901.

   Willis Huddleston, Companies I and B, Firteenth Iowa infantry, at the rate of $6 per month, commencing on the 17th day of January, 1901.

   Messrs. Padelford, Walkinshaw and Gillaspie are members of the Soldiers' Home, and Mr. Huddlesford is a resident of Rhodes.

   Franklin Partridge, a veteran of Company H, Twelfth Indiana cavalry, has been granted an increase from $6 to $8 per month, commencing May 15, 1901. Mr. Partridge is a resident of this city.

   Josephine Hall, relict [widow] of the late Otis Hal, of Company H, Eleventh Wisconsin infantry, is the recipient of an original pension of $8 per month, commencing Jan. 31, 1901, and $2 additional for each child under 16 years of age. Mrs. Hall is a well known resident of Eldora.
