Keiser Family - Shelly W. Keiser - Letter of recommendation - The Manufacturers National Bank

This document was found among Margaret Jelen Walkinshaw Keiser Triplett. Shelly Keiser was her first father-in-law.

This document reads as:

The Manufacturers National Bank

CAPITAL $ 150,000.00

Leavenworth, Kans Sept. 9th, 1893.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I desire to say that I have known Mr. S. W. Keiser for a number of years as Cashier of the Glaco State Bank, Glasco, Kansas and afterwards as Assistant Cashier of one of the Beloit, Kansas banks, during the most of which time I had close business relations with him finding him a careful, straightfoward and successful business man. I believe Mr. Keiser has always shown himself to be a good banker.

Respectfully,

E.W. Snyder

Keiser Family - Shelley W. Keiser - Death Announcement

I found this obituary at an unknown date. I am sure that it is still in the HISTORICAL NEWSPAPERS, BIRTH, MARRIAGE, 7 DEATH ANNOUNCEMENTS, 1851 - 2003, at an unknown date [possibly around 2011].

KEISER. Shelly W. Keiser, beloved husband of Belle E. Keiser; father of Shelley E. Keiser. Services Friday at 3 p.m.in the Little Church of the Flowers. Forest Lawn Mortuary in charge.

I was in Los Angeles in January 2020, and we drove and visited other graves but I was not concentrating on this family at that time. I wish I had remembered as I doubt I'll be going to California any time soon.
