Greene Family - Pulaski Greene - Probate Records and Will - page 2

   Know all men to these present that I Pulaski Green of Dry Creek Township County of Sacramento and State of California, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of life, do herefore make [?] and publish this to be my last will and Testament. That is to say, First, after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, the rest due of my estate, real and personal. I give, bequeath and dispose of is forthward to wit. To my beloved wife Ann Eliza I give bequeath and devise all of my estate real and personal of which I may be possessed at the time of my decease -----
   Likewise I make constitute and appoint my Said wife Ann Eliza to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. There by revoke all former wills by me made -
   In witness where of, I have  [?] Subscribed my name, and affix my Seal, this 25th day of March in this year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine
