The undersigned respectfully represents and shows to the Court, that her is security on the official Bond of Jerusha Green now deceased who was Executrix of the aforsaid Estate. He further states that from his personal knowledge of the the matters there and according to the terms of the Will of said dicd said Executrix took as her own property all the Real and Personal Estate of said dicd and that she paid all the debts of said Estate, that no Inventory or Appraisement was ever made of filed in said Court - that all the were of said dicd are adults, and cogruyant of and satisfied with the dispostion of said Estate. He [may] an order declaring said Estate fully settled and discharging the security from any [?] [?] [?] herein--- Subscribed and Sworn to}
