Know all men by these Present That I David Green of The County of Pike and State of Illinois Do hereby declare This my last will to be in the form and manner[?]

     First That all of my Just Debts be paid as soon after my decease as can be convinately done.

     Second To my Wife Jerusha Green I give and Bequeath all of my Estate both Real Personal & mix of any [?]. That may remain after my Debts are paid.

     Third I also apoint my Wife my Executrix to this my last Will and Testament & Revoking all former Wills by me made Ratifing and confirming this and this only by afixing my Seal then to this Seventh day of May in the Year of Our Lord one thousand Eight and fifty three
