The People of the State of Illinois
To the Sheriff of Said County ---GREETING:

WHEREAS, It appears to the County Court of said County, by inspection of the General Docket and Records of Said Court, that Jerusha Green Executrix
 of the estate of David Green deceased, has filed to render settlement of her Executorship therein as by statue provided and whereas Citation has been issued to the said Jerusha Green and returned "not served" the said Jerusha Green being deced, and whereas it appears that Joseph Green by the security on the official Bond of the said Jerusha Green.
YOU are, therefor, hereby commanded that you cite and give notice to the said Joseph Green as aforesaid, that he be and appear before the County Court of Pike County, as a regular term thereof, to be holden at the Court House, in Pittsfield, on the third Monday of July A.S., 1873, then and there to show cause, if any, why said estate should not be finally settle-------- and why as Administrator with the mill annexed to make such final settlement

and further to do and perform what shall then, by said Court, be required and adjudged.

    And hereof make due service and return as the law directs.

D., 1873
