This is a recipe for mixing a medication for Angina. This translates easily into a more common reference as "chest pain" that is caused by the gradual closing of the coronary (heart) arteries. The muscles that make up the heart itself, is not getting enough oxygen for the muscle to beat as often as needed during an activity.
