TRIPLETTS GIVEN SURPRISE PARTY

Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Triplett were the recipients of a delightful charivari last night, at the home of the bride's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Leonard, Madera avenue and Olive street, when a number of their Ripperdan friends came in to extend their heat wishes. The members of the party gathered at the Leonard home, where the newly weds were invited to spend the evening. The evening was spent in the playing of games and the enjoyment of a social [t]ime and refreshments. Mr. and Mrs. Triplett received some very nice presents as a remembrance from their friends.
