Mayes Family - William Mayes - Account Current and Executors Bond- page 4

I found this continuation of William Mayes estate on 20 July 2022. The estate paperwork takes up the entire left hand page and the top of the right hand page. This document reads as:

Execuutors Bond

Know all  men by these present that we Joshua Woosley and Samuel L. Crane of the County of Pike and State of Illinois, are held and firmly bound unto the people of the State of Illinois in the final Sum of One Hundred Dollars Current Money ofthe United States for which pay ment will and truly to be made and performed me & Each of us bind our lives our heirs Executors Administration and assey in jointly Severally and Firmly by these present
    Witness our hands and Seals this 11th day of February AD 1853
    
    The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden Joshua Woosley, Executor of the last will and testament of William Mayes deceased to make or caused to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and Singular the goods Chattels, rights and Credits land tennments and heredebtorments and [?] and profits issuring out of the Same of Said deceased, which have or shall Cover to the hands possession or Knowledge of the Said Joshua Woosley, or unto the hands or possession of any person or persons for him and the same. So made do exhibit in the County Court of Said County of Pike as required by law and also make a fair and Just account of all his sactiongs and doings as such Executor to Said Court when thereunto Lawfully required and the will and truly fulfil the duties Enjoined on him in and by the said Will and Shall moreover pay and deliver to the persons entitled thereto all the legacies and bequests Contained in Said Will so for as the Estate of Said Testator Will thereunto Extend according to the Value thereof And as the Law Shall Charge him and Shall in general to all otheracts which may from time to time be required of him by law then this obligation to be void otherwise to be and services in full force and Effect
