I found this will at Ancestry.com on 30 July 2022. This will land Probate starts on image 415 of 680, or page 195 of the volume.

In the name of God amen I Frances Triplett of the parish of Truro and County of Fairfax weak of body and sound and perfect sence and memory. I Thank and praise God for the same Calling to mind & uncertain state of this tranceatory life & knowing that all flesh must yeald unto death whence it shall please god, to call do make this my last will and Testament in maner and form as followith. [HOM] I give my sole to almighty God from whence I received of same hoping threr [?] of my blessed Savoiur Jesus Christ to receive and pardon & forgiveness of all lmy manifold sins & rechidness and my body I recommend to ye. Earth to be decently entered according to [?] discreation of my [?] herafter named as followeth. manner & form {vis.
Hom I give to my Loving wife Elizabeth Triplett [?] her all my personable Estate and a negro whoman named Bess and a negro Girl named Nann during her natural Life excepting som small Legacies the I give and bequeath out of itt ~
Hom I give and bequeath to my Loving son Thomas Triplett and his heirs Lawfully begotten of his body forever a Certain parcel of Land Containing two hundred acres Lying on both sides of Goose Creek ~~~ it being part of a tract of five hundred & five acres Lying ~ & Scituared

Hom I give to my Loving son Thomas Triplett my Pistols and Holsters & a rifle gunn~Hom I give and bequeath to my Loving son William Triplet him his heirs forever Lawfully begotten of his body one half of the residue of the patton of five Hundred & five acres after his brother Thomas Triplett has takenhis out if the said William Triplett should have no heir Lawfully begotten of his body then this peace of Land to fall to Mason Triplett and his heirs forever the beginning of my son William Triplett ~ Runing with that path near the Ford that my son Gossen Goose Creek to a black walnut from thence down the said Creck ~~ to a popular standing in a norron Valley &y poplar is cut in of that side next to Creek to include that little narron bottom to my son William Triplett part thence the said Vally southerly to y Line of the Lone sid of the Creck. Hom I give and bequeath to my Loving son William Triplett all my smiths tools with this provisor that he does all his mothers smiths work for nothing

Hom I give & bequeath to my Daughter Margrett Boyshtone ~ a young Mare of two years old & a ring of Tenn Shillings Vally in case that my daughter after her decece. I leave it to hur daughter Frances Bolstone ~
Hom I give & bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Brawner five Shillings if demanded
Hom I give and bequeath to my daughter Patty a young mare of two years old & a ring of tenn shillings Vally
Hom I give & bequeath to my son Mason Triplett a negro Girl named Nann after my wife Elizabeth Triplett Decece & the first Living Child that that negro gal brings I give to my daughter patty & to be brought up by my son Mason till itt be one years old without Cost if incase the said Mason dye without heir lanfully begotten of Body then said Negro Girl I give and bequeath to Thomas Triplett daughter Betty-ann then I bequeath y2 negro girl to Thomas Triplett second heir of Thomas Triplett either male of Female y2 negro Child that is left to my daughter excepted ~
And I do hereby appoint my Loving wife Elizabeth Triplett my

This will was presented in Court by Elizabeth Triplett Executrix therein named who made oath thereto and being also proved by the Oaths of John Brann & William Boylstone two of the ~ Witnesses is admitted to record and the said Executrix having performed what is usual in such Cases Certificate is granted her for Obtaining a Probate thereof in due form
