   The following marriage licenses were issued yesterday. Name and age given.

The 12th entry reads:

TRIPLETT-RIPPEY. Shirley Triplett, 27; Grace H. Rippey, 21.

I believe that Grace and Grandpa were 3rd cousins. They both had the same great grandmother, Sarah Greene Bills.
