I found this published on 30 July 1859, in the Sacramento Bee: This notice reads as:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL
whom it may concern, that an instrument of writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of PULASKI GREEN, deceased, has come late the possession of the Probate Court of the county of Sacraments; and also that a petition has been filed praying that said will may be admitted to Probate, and that letters testamentary thereon may be issued to ANN ELIZ[A] GREEN, widow of deceased; and notice is also hereby given that said Court has appointed SATURDAY, the x7th day of August A.D. 1859, at 10 o'clock A.M. as the time for proving said will and hearing said petition.
By order of the Court aforesaid.
